Can I use my Drakes.com account to login and place an order?
Your Drakes.com account will not work on DrakesArchive.com. You will need to create a new account, or check out as a guest.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail that contains a tracking number.
What is the expected Delivery time of my order?
For orders within the UK, please allow up to 2 working days from the moment your order has been dispatched. For international orders, please allow up to 5 working days from the moment your order has been dispatched.
I made a mistake when I placed my order, how can I update it?
In case you made a mistake in your order, you can e-mail us at deliveryandreturns@drakes.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we are unable to exchange items or add items to an existing order.
I have placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping and have them sent together?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine different orders in one shipment.
Can I use my Drake's Gift Card on items in the Archive sale?
A Drake's gift card purchased on drakes.com cannot be used on items available in the Drake's Archive sale.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Orders in the UK can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 days following delivery. All International sales can only be returned for a refund.
The price of the item(s) I have purchased has changed. Can I get a refund for the difference?
Unfortunately, we do not retroactively adjust prices post-purchase.
Can I return an item purchased on Drake’s Archive in-store?
Archive orders cannot be returned in-store. They must be sent back to us via the Returns Portal.
What happens if my order cannot be fulfilled?
If we are unable to fulfil your order, it will be cancelled, and you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 4–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed following the arrival of your return at our warehouse in London.
