PLACING YOUR ORDER:
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched during the Archive sale.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to combine or edit orders post-purchase.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Order Cancellations
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, it will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email.
A full refund will be issued, which may take 4–7 business days to process.
