OUR POLICY

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All purchases made in the United Kingdom can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days following delivery. 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags.

To initiate a return or an exchange from the UK, please use our returns portal by clicking here.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods.

Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be processed individually.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges in store for online orders.

All International sales are non-refundable. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
